What file formats should I send?PDF is the preferred format for most print jobs, but we can also work with JPG, TIFF, EPS, and some Microsoft Office documents for standard jobs. For best results, use high-resolution files and include all embedded fonts or images.
-
Can you match specific colors from a previous print or sample?Yes, bring or email your sample and we will do our best to match colors as closely as possible using our equipment. Exact matching may vary based on media and print method.
-
Do I need to set up my files for bleed or special finishing? If your artwork goes to the edge of the page ("full bleed"), add at least 1/8" (3mm) margin around your design. Let us know if you have unique finishing or binding needs—we can advise!
-
What is the typical turnaround time? Most standard copying and digital print jobs are completed within 1-2 business days. Large or complex orders, and custom finishing, may take longer. Let us know if you have a deadline.
-
Can I get help with graphic design or fixing my file?Absolutely. Our design team can help you create or adjust your graphics, layouts, or invitations. Ask about our setup services if you are unsure about file preparation or need creative input.
-
How do I order or get a quote? You can visit our shop, call, or email us your project details and files. We'll review your needs, answer questions, and provide a clear quote before starting the job.
